She took our townhouse condominium and walked us through every step, explaining both pros and cons of each decision we made. She never pushed our final decision one way or the other. She was always ready to receive our calls with a happy friendly voice. Whenever she couldn’t answer her phone, she called us back right away. Karin was also helping us find a new home.
